I was commissioned to create a completely new brand with a unique story and a local purpose.
Badeca, meaning a “bold and energetic person”, brings living and eating well in the heart of Bakewell, in the Peak District.
The brand focuses on sustainable practises and local produce to create a home-from-home experience.
The result was a bold and authentic custom brand pack, accompanied by a brand identity guide. Since launch, the cafe has opened with a clear, consistent and powerful brand aesthetic which is building strong recognition and proving successful when connecting with customers.
